Zone Technique

Why Zone Technique?

The Reset Button for Your Body & Your Brain

Most people think neck and back pain when they think about chiropractic, and although chiropractic is excellent at relieving pain it is only a fraction of what chiropractic has to offer. Zone Technique goes beyond the basics and focuses on healing the brain and the body as a whole by resetting the brain and allowing the body to heal itself.

How Does Zone Technique Work?

Zone Technique is a spinal cord stimulation technique that uses stimulation of specific points in the spine that are linked to the brain centers responsible for controlling 1 or more of the 6 systems or Zones that control the body. Once it is determined which Zone is out of balance, that Zone can be specifically targeted by stimulating the spinal cord at 4 specific points which sends messages to the brain center that needs balancing, and once the brain center is balanced the brain can then send the proper healing messages to the body allowing for unparalleled healing results.

Every patient is different, but for all intents and purposes all health challenges can be traced back to imbalances in one or more of the 6 systems or Zones that run our body.

They are:

Glandular

Elimative

Nervous

Digestive

Muscular

Circulatory

What To Expect From Zone Technique?

Patients who experience Zone Technique often report relief from a myriad of complaints including relief from headaches/migraines, vertigo, improved digestion, stronger immunity, better sleep, decrease/disappearance of pain, and increased energy. This is just a tip of the iceberg though, because Zone Technique addresses the cause of the imbalances of your body at their source.

Zone Technique, A Short History

Dr. Thurman Fleet founded Zone Therapy in 1931 after reading a British Copy of Gray’s Anatomy which detailed the correlation between different areas of the brain and 6 points found on the back of the head which directly correlated to the 6 Systems that control our bodies. Dr. Fleet taught that, “There are only six kinds of disturbances that can affect the human body. These are Glandular, Eliminative, Nervous, Digestive, Muscular, and Circulatory. All diseased conditions, aches and pains, and other discomforts can be attributed to one or more of the above disturbances to the body’s six systems or Zones.”

The legacy of Dr. Thurman Fleet and the results of his Zone Therapy Continue to help the world thanks to Dr. Pete Goldman. Dr. Goldman studied under several mentors who studied directly under Dr. Fleet learning Zone Therapy and aspects of Dr. Fleet’s Concept-Therapy from the sourse. Dr. Goldman studied intensely under Dr. Kayata in Brooklyn, NY who was his personal chiropractor since childhood as well as Dr. Loofboro and Dr. Brown in Atlanta, GA while in chiropractic college.

Dr. Goldman saw the need to preserve and bring Dr. Fleet’s teachings to a new generation of chiropractors and healers, so in 2017 he opened Zone School of Healing.
